Refund Policy


We understand that life happens! If you're unable to attend your class, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations 24+ hours before your class
Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time are eligible for either:

  • a full refund, or

  • a VillageFIT class credit.

Cancellations within 24 hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are generally not eligible for a refund or class credit, as your reserved spot may not be able to be filled.
However, we know life doesn't always go to plan. If an unexpected emergency or illness arises, please get in touch. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to help.
No-shows
If you do not attend your booked class without contacting us beforehand, your booking will be forfeited and no refund or class credit will be issued.
If VillageFIT Cancels a Class
If we need to cancel a class due to instructor illness, low attendance, venue issues or unforeseen circumstances, you'll have the choice of:

  • a full refund, or

  • transferring your booking to another class.

Memberships & Class Passes
Memberships and class passes are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law. Unused visits remain valid until their expiry date.
