Not at all! VillageFIT is designed for all fitness levels. Every class can be modified to suit your ability, so you can move at your own pace.
Absolutely! Many of our members are beginners. We'll help you feel comfortable and guide you through the class.
Bring a water bottle, a towel, comfortable activewear and supportive enclosed shoes. A smile is optional, but usually happens anyway!
Bookings can be made online through our website. Simply choose your class, select a date and secure your spot.
Our Wake & Shake classes are designed for parents and carers with little ones. Babies in prams are welcome at any Zumba class also. Step classes are intended for adults unless otherwise stated.This will adapt over time as we want to include our community's parents of young kids as much as possible!
No problem! Every class includes options and modifications, so you can work at a level that feels right for you.
No. VillageFIT provides the equipment needed for each class unless otherwise advised.
We understand that life happens! Please cancel at least 24 hours before your class to receive a refund or class credit. If something unexpected comes up, reach out, we'll always do our best to help.
Of course! We offer casual classes, so you can find the class that's right for you without any long-term commitment.
Please let us know before class. We can often provide suitable modifications, but we may recommend medical clearance depending on your circumstances.

Yes, every location has parking close by.
VillageFIT offers flexible options, including casual bookings and class passes.Memberships are on the horizon but we do love the no lock-in feel.
